DCG Systems, Inc. Announces the Formation of Japanese Subsidiary DCG K.K.

FREMONT, CA. (Marketwire - Jan. 28, 2009) -- DCG Systems, Inc. the leading provider of semiconductor debug and characterization solutions for the global semiconductor industry, today announced the formation of wholly owned Japanese subsidiary DCG K.K. With its headquarters located in Shin-Yokohama, DCG K.K. assumes direct responsibility for all DCG Systems product sales and service within Japan, and will manage activities in Korea through its existing representative, NEOSEM. The employees of DCG K.K. bring with them many years of previous experience supporting DCG Systems' products.

DCG K.K. will also partner with SUN-S Co., Ltd., which operates the IC Validation Service (ICVS) using DCG Systems' Meridian emission analysis tool, and a Circuit Edit service using DCG P2X/P3X Focused Ion Beam systems.
