DCG Systems Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Checkpoint Technologies

FREMONT, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 2, 2011) - DCG Systems, Inc. announced today that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Checkpoint Technologies, LLC in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. DCG's complaint alleges that Checkpoint's InfraScan products infringe seven patents held by DCG: United States Patent Nos. 7,224,828; 7,227,702; 7,466,852; 7,492,529; 7,639,025; 7,733,100; and 7,990,167. The complaint further alleges that DCG is entitled to damages and an injunction.
