Zyvex NanoProber Circuit Analysis
A suite of Circuit Analysis tools and options.
Ruby
The DCG Systems Ruby provides leading-edge waveform acquisition and analysis for semiconductor devices at 32nm and beyond, operating as low as 400mV. Ruby probes through the silicon substrate and measures waveforms from active transistors using a new laser voltage probing acquisition scheme, Polarization Differential Probing (PDP).
 EmiScope
The DCG Systems EmiScope IIIt circuit debug system uses time-resolved emission to perform non-invasive timing and logic measurements with extremely high accuracy to within a few picoseconds. This flexible system, with optional Solid Immersion Lens, Spray Cooling and LSM technology, introduces innovative solutions to analyze complex integrated circuits.

Laser Voltage Imaging

Laser Voltage Imaging (LVI), enables the EmiScope and Ruby to show the physical locations of transistors that are active at a specific frequency.

CW Laser Voltage Probing

Continuous Wave Laser Voltage Probing (CW-LVP) acquires functional waveform data on the EmiScope.


NEXS

NEXS Software for Circuit Analysis

NEXS provides CAD navigation for the physical device, and cross-maps physical locations to the circuit schematic. Optional NEXS Layout configurations read either GDS or Knights mask database formats.
